Giving help to those who need it.

No child left behind!

“Giving does not only precede receiving; it is the reason for it. It is in giving that we receive”

Who We Are

A family that loves to help others.

Our Mission

Why we exist. our reason for being.

1

Providing the resources necessary to improve the quality of life of the underprivileged. We are committed to helping them become self-sufficient in every way, and to give them a chance for a brighter future.

2

To serve those who are often overlooked in society: orphans and widows. We strive to meet their basic needs, whether it be healthcare, food, education or shelter.

Our vision

Our goals. what we want to achieve.

Bridging the gap between the underprivileged and privileged in the society and across the globe.

The Team

The people behind mikeans foundation.

The passsion for philanthropy and compassion for the less privileged is something I have harbored in my heart since childhood. I wake up everyday determined to use the resources at my disposal to help improve the lives of others. My greatest influences and role models in this regard have been my parents, who are ministers of the gospel. I witnessed firsthand how they lived out the "love thy neighbor as thyself" command and opened their doors to all and anyone that needed assistance , ranging from church members, neighbors to total strangers. I have found genuine purpose through the MikeAns foundation and the work we do. “What do you want for your birthday?“, A question my mum asked me on my birthday in 2017. I remember telling her all I wanted was to get some foodstuffs and basic items for a local orphanage - King Jesus Orphanage ,Kumasi. This is what inspired the formation of the foundation. As my commitment to this cause grew, I decided to formalize it and expand our outreach to other parts of Ghana. I have been fortunate enough to have my husband, my family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances who have been of tremendous help in making this vision a reality.

I was introduced to this foundation by the founder and I was very impressed by the kind of work she was doing. I decided to join her in this journey of bridging the gap between the underprivileged and privileged in our society. It has been an amazing journey with a team of men and women very affable and dedicated to the cause. It is my hope that we will be able to achieve our goals and make this world a better place.

Joining Mikeans foundation and having the opportunity to be part of its leaders from the first appearance till date was and is still a decision I'm proud I took. The vision was shared with me by the CEO (Mrs Bannerman) in 2017 and I was asked to join the team of well mannered young men and women to oversee our first official donation to an orphanage around Kotei. After that , it’s been a blessing each year at the different places we've visited (hospitals, homes, schools, etc) and a few people joined us along the line. We pray for more years of good health and opportunities to keep touching lives. #GodBlessMikeans♥️
